Meditation imagine you are on a mountain sun is setting all the golden light fills the left side of your body and your spleen inhaling the golden light--and absorbing TRUST, openness and sincerity exhaling a gray smoke with the sound---DONG...letting go of worry repeating--and feeling the mountain under me --- loafing is rare- meditations- are when I have any spare time---sometimes I loaf and watch a movie and that's only to have some slow down time with my grandson usually and I do feel guilt if I am not doing something that needs being done---though often I stop doing things out of pure overwhelmed --- trying to keep my head above water moments--that can spiral a bit into something I don't like at all--- not going there now----thankfully--I usually have tools to get out of those dark places

I think the saddest thing I read was that Einstein did not see his child much in the childs life that energy= to me is one that cannot be undone---that is HEAVY....gravity aside.....the lack of fathers doing the right thing is not going away there are good dads out there---but there are so many fatherless children who have fathers--that could be more present in their kids lives--that it really upsets me and I am taking care of one 2 year old that I have to hunt down his father---and his grand father- has no desire to know him --and barely knew my two kids sorry-- just really upset about it

Vibrations to walk into a room where to people were fighting or walk into a room where old friends just re united you can feel the vibration ......or the sound of an opera singer....and the feeling of your skin with each high note and the speed of a car vibrating your body as it bounces in the car up and down making a game of throwing energy balls at people--- speaking into the energy ball- a word or a sound---a vibration--and seeing the effect on people the intention and the ability to shift vibrations--- change them- helps to break up stagnation-- and create something from what was there before--ideally for the highest good of a patient
